EXTRUSION OF NON-TRADITIONAL STARCH-CONTAINING RAW MATERIALS

Abstract
The article describes the possibility of using such a non-traditional starch-containing raw materials such as acorns and chestnuts in the feed production. The results of studies of the extrusion process the selected samples. Analyzed the feasibility of implementing this technology.
