Fab lab – laboratories for realization the students’ creative ideas

Abstract
The article consider the problems of reforming of education in Ukraine, analyze the project of the infrastructure, which open access for the students to the means of production by the model of Fab lab and a review of prospects and peculiarities of its using in Ukraine. The history of the creation of the first Fab lab, which, thanks to the principles of the openness and accessibility turn into a global network of laboratories of digital production all over the world is considered. The article also describes the structure and operation of the work of youth innovative creative work centers in Russia by the example of Fab lab, the purpose of which is to attract pupils and students to scientific and technical creativity, as well as the creation of conditions of access to modern technology and equipment of small innovative companies. Such centers democratizing manufacturing technologies, which were previously available only in expensive mass production and give the opportunity for talented young people to realize their ideas in practice.
