Factors and Methods of Public Employee Work Motivation: Domestic and Foreign Experience

Abstract
This article analyzes factors and methods for motivating public sector employees. The factors which significantly affect the motivation of public sector employees in Ukraine and foreign countries have been revealed. The non-financial methods of public employee motivation in foreign countries have been examined.
