ФАКТОРЫ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ВЫГОРАНИЯ МЕДИЦИНСКИХ СЕСТЕР

Abstract
Nurses occupy a special place in the health care system. Today, in view of the ongoing reforms in the health care system, in particular, the expansion of the autonomy and authority of the average medical worker, the nurse is entrusted with a huge responsibility for the patient's health, from the initial examination to the appointment of appropriate laboratory and diagnostic studies. In this regard, the study of the syndrome of professional burnout of nurses is of interest. In this study took part 200 nurses working in university clinics of the Kazakh National Medical University named after by. S.D. Asfendiyarova. As the results of our study show, 79.8 % of nurses are generally satisfied with work, 49.6 % - nurses continue to show interest in the work. It can be assumed from the respondents' answers that among them, there are those who are prone to professional burnout (they often think about work, experience), and they should be classified as a risk group.
