Abstract
Porfiri hem biosentetik enzim aktivitesi eksikliği sonucu gelişen, nörolojik ve psikiyatrik bulgularla belirli olan ender bir hastalıktır. Bu çalışmada porfiriye bağlı fasiyel diplejili bir olgu sunulmuştur. Bilgilerimize göre, olgumuz porfirinin diğer tipik bulguları olmaksızın fasiyel dipleji ile seyreden ilk olgu sunumudur.
