Features of detection smuggling of objects of intellectual property rights

Abstract
The article deals with current problems and features of detecting the smuggling of intellectual property objects. It is noted that the improvement of the complex of state-legal measures for counteracting customs crime in general and the directly mentioned crimes requires appropriate decisions from the legislative branch aimed at reforming the customs authorities. Formation of a custom policy that meets international standards. Provision of customs authorities with modern technology, development of own safety of customs employees from the influence of organized criminal groups. Setting up of international cooperation of the customs bodies of the State fiscal service of Ukraine with the customs authorities of foreign countries in the field of counteraction to said crimes. Thanks to the cooperation there is a transfer of information about these objects. There may also be an exchange of experiences between customs authorities of different countries on the detection and prevention of customs offenses.
