Features of innovative process management at the enterprise

Abstract
It is specified that effective management of innovative process at the enterprise considerably influences improvement of its activity, increase in competitiveness and profit. Rational passing of innovative process is the key to ensuring the constant positions in the market, further functioning and development. Development, production and realization of innovative products, rendering services at the enterprise demand careful studying the features of innovative process management. The purpose of work is the research of features of innovative process management at the enterprise. In work the directions of innovative activities of the enterprise, ways of commercialization of scientific and technical developments and difficulty and risks of this process are allocated. Necessary stages of commercialization, such as training and consultation are designated. Features of state regulation of innovative process at the enterprise, important aspects novative process in comparison with innovative are considered. It is noted that in novative process the technical criterion of efficiency appears, and in innovative – economic criterion appears. Organizational aspects of innovative process management and the innovative strategies of behavior of the enterprise during the organization of innovative activity are briefly characterized. Strategy, which are referred to them: individual innovative development of the enterprise, the innovative focused strategy, the strategy of copying, the strategy of innovative developments of the existing consumer goods and the strategy of innovative consulting. The attention is focused on that circumstance that organizational processes for management of innovative process have to be combined accurately with the general chosen strategy of the enterprise, besides in parallel with performing the necessary organizational works the enterprise has to pay much attention to evaluating the innovative project from which quality not only the innovative effectiveness, but also economic security of the enterprise are depended. The conclusion is drawn that сcapture in attention in practice of features of innovative process management will allow to make reasonable decisions for planning, production and realization of innovative products, ensuring the effective maintenance, production and rendering of services in the sphere of innovative activity.
