FEATURES OF LEGAL CONSTRUCTION AND THE ESSENCE OF THE REPRESENTATIVE'S LEGISLATION IN ADMINISTRATIVE JUDICIARY: COMPARATIVE ASPECT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the institute of representation in the administrative process. The legal structure of administrative procedural legal relations of representation in administrative legal proceedings is revealed. Conclusions are made about the peculiarity of the content of each type of representative legal relations in administrative proceedings. The emphasis is placed on the need for a more detailed legislative consolidation of the Institute of representation, taking into account the requirements for eliminating the conflict of interests in the authorities and procedural as well as. ensuring the realization of the rights of legal representatives.
