FEATURES OF LEGAL MECHANISM OF DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ABOUT BANK`S RELATED PARTIES

Abstract
The article explores the significance and features of the legal mechanism for disclosure of information about bank`s related parties in the course of development of legal regulation of bank relations with such parties in Ukraine. The importance of the disclosure of information about the bank`s related parties for the effective control over the operations of the bank with such parties and its interrelation with the definition of individuals and legal entities connected with the bank are identified. In the context of the studied issues, the relevant international approaches are analyzed and the main changes in recent years in the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the relations of banks with bank`s related parties, are highlighted.
