FEATURES OF MODERN CONSTITUTIONAL-LEGAL BASIS OF ORGANIZATION AND ACTIVITY OF COMMITTEES AND TEMPORARY COMMISSIONS OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The analysis of the modern constitutional-legal basis of organization and activity of committees and temporary commissions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is made, also it was determined its essence and value, as well as substantiated priority directions of development the constitutional-legal status of parliamentary committees and temporary commissions in Ukraine. It was determined the main features of the constitutional-legal regulation of its status, namely, the prevalence of the imperative method of regulation, the conceptual nature of the constitutional basis, the prevalence of complex legislative substantive and procedural regulation with relatively narrow subject of subordinate regulation, the absence of specialized law on temporary commissions and the fragmentation of regulation its status, the prevalence of duplicate norms and the presence of certain gaps and collisions.
