CIVIL JURISDICTION OF THE COURT FOR CONSIDERATION CASES ON PATERNITY AND MATERNITY DISPUTES

Abstract
In the scientific article the civil jurisdiction of the court for the consideration of cases on paternity and maternity disputes is examined. It has been established that court jurisdiction determines the sphere of judicial power and the multi-level differentiation of powers of different courts in dealing with cases. It is concluded that lawsuits on paternity and maternity disputes are filed in court, based on the rules of substantive, instantial and territorial jurisdiction. At the same time, in determining the territorial jurisdiction of lawsuits on paternity and maternity disputes, the rules provided for in part 1 of art. 27, part 9–10 of art. 28, part 6, art. 30 Civil processual code of Ukraine.
