Features of optimization of business processes in enterprises of Ukraine

Abstract
The article discusses the theoretical foundations and features of business process optimization, describes the characteristics of business process improvement methods. It defines the essence and highlights the advantages of Workflow as a method for describing business processes, technology of business organization and corporate information systems. Proved the need to implement the Workflow method in domestic enterprises in modern conditions, which leads to streamlining the activities of the enterprise, reducing it to clear procedures, improving business efficiency and competitiveness. The model of optimization of the strategic management of business processes of innovative development of an industrial enterprise is presented, which will allow the enterprise to achieve the planned results of innovation in the long term.
