Abstract
The article defines the role of ecological tourism in modern society and the particularities of the professional training of future specialists in higher educational institutions to meet modern market needs in the tourism sector. Identified personal qualities that should be the specialists of ecological tourism. Are the features of the curriculum of training future specialists for sustainable tourism in higher education.
