FEATURES OF PROVIDING INDEPENDENCE OF JUDGES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article presents the results of the scientific analysis of theoretical foundations and peculiarities of the normative definition of the principle of independence of the court and judges. Attention is paid to the norms of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and Status of Judges” on the issues of ensuring the independence of judges and guarantees of its observance, justifies the presence of deficiencies in their formulation, proposes solutions to the problem. Аnalyzed the results of the work of the High Council for Justice on the issues of ensuring the independence of judges.
