FEATURES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF INVESTMENT POLICY IN CREDIT CO-OPERATION SYSTEM

Abstract

The article analyses the functioning of the credit co-operation system during 2013–2017 years. The preconditions of formation and strengthening of the national system of credit co-operation are investigated. The necessity of state investment policy management in the system of credit co-operation is proved. After all, in the conditions of crisis manifestations in the national economy there are obstacles that level out the results of the previous dynamic development of the investment process. Lack of financial mechanisms of public administration of the investment process has led to the fact that enterprises actually have no opportunity to solve innovation and investment problems and to increase capital investments. The development of the credit co-operation system leads to the search for long-term investment resources, which is possible due to the introduction of public investment policy in the system of credit co-operation, which is an important component in solving a number of socio-economic problems and stimulating economic development of Ukraine. The priority directions of state investment policy management in the system of credit co-operation are formed and probable results from their implementation are determined. The effectiveness of certain strategic vectors for improving the management of public finances that can be implemented through state management of investment policy in the credit co-operation system is crucial for the implementation of policies aimed at socio-economic development of the country, as it provides overall budgetary discipline, strategic allocation of resources and efficiency of economic reforms in the country. Effective state management of investment policy in the system of credit co-operation through the introduction of state targeted investment programs will enable the provision of cash with a larger number of business entities and, at the same time, support the stability and equilibrium of the development of the credit co-operation system in the financial services market.
