FEATURES OF STUDYING AESTHETIC TASTES OF THE FUTURE TEACHERS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION

Abstract

The article analyzes the issues of upbringing of aesthetic tastes of future teachers of elementary school in the process of professional preparation. The characteristic of the phenomenon of "aesthetic tastes" is presented and its essence as a valuable basis for formation of aesthetic culture of a person is revealed. It is noted that in the system of priorities of development of the Ukrainian society, improvement of pedagogical preparation in the outlined aspect appears to be one of the most important tasks, and the formation of the moral and aesthetic culture of the future teacher should become more pro-active. The cultural and educational space of institutions of higher education is characterized, its influence on the development of aesthetic personality tastes is shown. It is revealed that in the process of professional training of the future teachers, the greatest potential in solving this problem lies in the aesthetic content enriched in disciplines aimed at mastering future teachers by methods of elementary school. However, the effectiveness of aesthetic tastes of the future teachers of elementary school depends to a large extent on the skilful use of various methods and means by teachers: the creation of aesthetic situations that involve evaluation (familiarizing with and discussing works of art); use of aesthetic potential of all academic disciplines; the introduction of aesthetic elements into the structure of knowledge, etc. It has been proved that for the high efficiency of aesthetic tastes education of the future elementary school teachers in the process of training is expedient to develop such forms of work that would combine teachers and students and have a positive effect on the cultural level of their relationships and the effectiveness of education
