FEATURES OF THE LEGAL NATURE OF THE SPECIAL CONFISCATION AS A MEANS OF CRIMINAL LAW

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the analysis of the criminal legislation of Ukraine clarified the essence of the special confiscation, highlighted the purpose and features of this criminal legal means. Various points of view of scientists on the legal nature of this phenomenon are analyzed. The differences of special confiscation as a measure of criminal law from the confiscation of property as a type of criminal punishment.
