FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF UPBRINGING WORK IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF UKRAINE WITH SPECIFIC LEARNING CONDITIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF INFORMATIZATION OF SOCIETY

Abstract
The article deals with the features of the upbringing work among the candidates of higher education institutions in with specific learning conditions. The factor of information society impact on the educational process of students is separately considered. Characteristic shortcomings of the level of patriotic education of students in Ukraine are considered. The leading role of carrying out upbringing work among the students and officer staff is substantiated and a description of the psychological portrait of the latter is presented.
