Abstract
This article is about the methodical concept Information Technology introducing during conducting practical classes of physical education in university of civil engineering with multimedia using. This article disclose the actual question of level of sport activities increasing among student A number of ways to popularize and introduce new physical-fitness methods in student’s physical education are presented. It is noted that the main reasons of negative influence on the state of health and physical fitness of the population are: the living standards decreasing, deterioration of the conditions of study, work, rest and the environment, quality and structure of nutrition, increase in excessive stress loads. The physical training and education of a contingent of students, on the example of the Odessa Construction University, has changed significantly over the past five years due to the fact that most of the applicants come from rural areas, where sports are poorly developed, and, as shown by actual practice, deterioration in the health of young people, exacerbation of cardiovascular diseases and other chronic and infectious diseases. The introduction into the structure of practical classes with theoretical part, with the use of information computer technologies, in which the teacher shares knowledge on physical therapy, the basics of nutrition, anatomy and physiology, safety in the classroom, etc., is explained. Development in special medical groups, in whole or in part, of the following types of fitness: shaping, breathing exercises (body flex), general developmental exercises (ORU), stretching, yoga, Pilates, callanetics, greatly increases the interest among students in the subject and provides motivation for classes sports and recreational and sports orientation. The methodology for conducting research based on monitoring the results of the survey among students at the Odessa Construction University showed that 63% of the students surveyed, that the method of conducting part of the classes using multimedia technology will allow them to better understand the material and pass the test, and 26% of the students will disperse the attention opportunities to concentrate on the game; 11% of respondents – this question does not matter The result of socio-pedagogical research are presented that are revealed necessity to improve physical classes using multimedia and to use this method for analyze and self-analyze for sporting and gymnastics to find mistakes and it’s correcting.
