FETICHISMO E ALIENAÇÃO NO TRABALHO DO PROFESSOR PESQUISADOR

Abstract
This article aims to show how the mechanism of alienation affects the university practices of research professors. We analyze that the alienation, sometimes contained in university practices, is not always recognized in the process of scientific production, for reasons ranging from recognition or academic status to the need for financial complementation through research projects, productivity grants, participations in pews, among others. The analysis sought here seeks to highlight the pressures on the research professors. We try to understand how the relations of the processes of production in capitalist society are gradually redefining the work of teachers in public universities. We intend a dialogue that seeks to elucidate the possible “subjectivity hijacking” involved in the scientific production of research professors at the Brazilian public university, based on Capes´s evaluation model, directly influencing university practices, thus creating a new university culture.
