FINANCIAL SAFETY OF BANKS ON THE CONDITIONS OF FINANCING OF INNOVATION PROCESSES IN AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY

Abstract
It was established that only some domestic banks operating in the financial market of Ukraine continue to finance agrarians under the current conditions in terms of risks and financial risks. The logic-functional scheme of the system of preventive recognition of potential threats and elimination of risks of financial security of banks is constructed. It has been determined that a significant obstacle to the activation of innovation processes is the violation or loss of intellectual property rights in the agricultural industry. The options for optimizing the bank’s risks through insurance are proposed in light of the benefits of the creditor and the borrower
