Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the essence of financial services and the determined the legal gaps which concerning this range of legal relations. Were proposed to amend the Law of Ukraine “On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets” in order to harmonize the legislation of Ukraine with the EU legislation in the field of financial services.
