ФІНАНСУВАННЯ ОСВІТИ ЯК МЕХАНІЗМ ПОДОЛАННЯ КЛЮЧОВИХ ОСВІТНІХ РИЗИКІВ

Abstract
The article considers the possibilities of various mechanisms for financing education to overcome the risk of the system that has emerged in Ukraine’s education. It is shown that for the modern world educational systems tend to increase the scale of the education sector, the increasing coverage of the population with higher education, the creation and development of continuing education, etc. It is noted that education is an important component of the ranking of countries. Thanks to its accumulated potential, Ukraine ranks high in many ratings. However, the trends in the development of modern Ukrainian education are contrary to world trends. The risk zones of the national education include: the decrease in the number of students, the problems in the development of vocational education, the deterioration of the conditions for accessibility of various categories of the population to quality education, the outflow of students abroad, and others. The experience of different countries demonstrates how financing education can help minimize these problems. The key principles are: diversification of financing sources, financing zoning, increasing the share of state financing, etc. The main directions of financing education are presented.
