Abstract
In our time by the indicator of level of spiritual production, the criterion of his efficiency was become by innovations and creativity of higher education. Provides a creative role and heredity between the culture of the pas, presently and future is an intellectual elite, meritocracy. The creative culture of teachers and students today needs permanent stimuli and defence under act of public risks and problems; but the process of socio-political and economic crisis in Ukraine from 2013 sharpened sociocultural calls which can be painfully reflected in educational practices. In an elucidative environment a creative gift comes forward system quality of personality, potential of creativity, which must be developed, lights up it. One of most dangerous there was and is a syndrome of «emotional combustion» in the profession of teacher, that under act of social tragedies, conflicts and crises finds out itself – in a fatigue, unproductiveness, in mental exhaustion, negative setting to the students, colleagues and work on the whole.
