Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of formation of inclusive education in Kharkiv educational institutions; creating conditions for children with special needs: unhindered access to educational institutions, resource rooms, and problems and tasks for the implementation of educational projects in the field of inclusion. The author comes to the conclusion that the implementation of inclusive education for children with special educational needs can be ensured through consolidation of efforts of government, public organizations of different levels, interested parents and cooperation of education management organizations with local government departments in social care and children protection spheres .
