FORMAÇÃO DE EDUCADORES: IMPLICAÇÕES HISTÓRICAS DO NEOLIBERALISMO - IDEOLOGIA E CONSCIÊNCIA

Abstract

Our research sought to examine the issue of teacher training in a class society based on the concepts of ideology and consciousness as categories to be learned by educators. Thus we seek to contribute to the reflection of educators, aiming at the appropriation of the necessary human emancipation and labor. In this perspective we rely on Historical Materialism and the Theory culturalhistoric elements as a foundation for understanding the analysis that we performed, and the neoliberal discourse as official guidelines that influence consubstantially educational and training of educators. We identified a pragmatic orientation, instrumen ideological and fuels the official discourses and practices of neoliberal empty referenced by a depoliticized debate based on false premise of scientific neutrality. Neutrality that attempts to characterize this as an educator to be decontextualized and political reality, when in fact this formation deforming the player transforms into a mere educational, ideological and cultural values of neoliberalism.
