FORMALIZATION OF CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS WHEN DESIGNING NON-STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Abstract

Purpose. Formalization of requirements during technical task formation by a customer for manufacturing non- standard product at the machine-building enterprise. Methodology. The system analysis methods and set-theoretic ap- proach have been applied for solving the tasks. Results. The algorithm of forming the composition of the non-standard product has been applied at engineering company, the improved formal model of requirements has been suggested. It allows taking into account all the customer's requirements. It also enables choosing the desired product composition from existing products samples at the enterprise to the best advantage and with minimal expenses. The formalization of the basic requirements, optional requirements, additional product nodes manufactured by the enterprise have been car- ried out taking into account the inter-state standards. It has been developed the dependence of requirements characteris- tics on a basic products design and efficiency of a future product design. This enables a marketer and customer to facili- tate and accelerate composition selection for the basic design. Originality. The improved formal model of requirements has been suggested. Unlike the existing ones, it accounts the priorities of the selection criteria. The formalization of the basic requirements has been carried out, the dependence of the requirements characteristics on the product design and efficiency of the future product design at the "Kredmash" enterprise has been achieved. Practical value. The formaliza- tion of requirements in TT forming for manufacturing non-standard product considering the production capacity, max- imal unification of the product and the customer's preferences is one of the first steps towards automatization the pre- project works at the enterprise.
