FORMATION OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF BUSINESS CLUSTERS: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND DOMESTIC PRACTICE

Abstract
Purpose. To determine the most rational ways of financial resources of enterprise clusters based on international experience and domestic practice. Methodology of research. The study uses general scientific methods, in substantiating rational way of financial resources of enterprise clusters based on the global experience and national practice; in carrying out a comprehensive study funding models of cluster structures. Findings. Rational methods of financial resources of the business clusters based on international experience and national practice as clusters, as an economic phenomenon, is one of the most advanced types of organization of economic activity. Variants finance business cluster in Western countries. Given the enormity of the implementation process of forming business clusters in Ukraine, special attention should be paid to raising funds aimed at implementing these projects. Based on a comprehensive study financing models concluded that for Ukraine the best of all the above being ways of financing cluster structures should be considered as a public-private partnership that incorporates the positive aspects of each of the other models of funding (public, private), eliminates their drawbacks . Originality. Based on the analysis of theoretical models of financing business clusters identified the most rational way of financial resources of business entities based on international experience and domestic practice. Practical value. The practical significance of the results of the study determined that the authors identified the practical aspects of the financing of business clusters in Ukraine.
