FORMATION OF LEARNING MOTIVATION IN PUPILS AT A PRIVATE PRIMARY SCHOOL

Abstract

The article exposes the features of the educational process and singles out the specifics of working with pupils in private educational establishments. It characterizes essentiality of the motive, motivation, motivational sphere of personality. The author deems that the motivation to study is one of the main conditions for the implementation of the educational process in elementary school, which contributes not only intelligence development, but also the improvement of pupils personality on the whole. It deals the peculiarities of motivation of educational-cognitive activity of pupils at the private school. It outlines the effectiveness of the use of different methods of motivation as a driving force towards learning and knowledge acquisition. The author emphasizes on the need of harmonious combination of motivational, semantic, procedural and developmental components at the training activities, for the purpose stimulation of educational and cognitive interests of pupils at the lessons. It accents on effective using computer games in educational-educator process at the private school. The author singles out effective educational factors and means of motivating educational-cognitive of primary school children at the private school: consideration of individual opportunities and pupils interests, cooperation with parents, using of innovative technologies, interactive methods of teaching, didactic games and innovative approaches to the organization and planning educational process, selection cognitive and developmental tasks, reliance on the positive qualities of the child and using her potential creative possibilities.
