Journal Title: Гірська школа Українських Карпат - Year 2016, Vol 0, Issue 15
Abstract
The problem of training of future managers in modern society has been considered in the article. Semantic load of the concept “Manager for organization and administrating for social interaction” has been defined. It has been indicated that universities are in need for this type of training to enable expansion and competition in the education work market. The models of relationship of management subjects and objects in the organisation have been outlined. They vary in structure and content: hierarchical – making and control are concentrated exclusively in the head; communication occurs primarily in one direction («orders from above»), competence of staff is clearly regulated; defined production process; potential changes in the structure is small; collective – almost no hierarchy; dominated solidarity; decisions are made in the discussions; manager function is, above all, to be trusted representative of all officers («everyone shall inform everybody»), manager task – modelling and coordination; training – interaction between a clearly formulated purpose and the ability of employees is to make changes to the components of the service. The most efficient technologies have been justified; it is training the content of which constitute a task, exercises, brainstorming, case-method teaching and role-playing and simulation games. The main objective of training is creating a special environment for immersion in the space of interactions with the aim to help future managers in their personal self-development and professional development and self-improvement as a specialist who has technologies to exchange activities, information, experiences, skills, abilities, skills and a mutual influence on people, social groups. In this sense, training is organizational learning at the same time a means of forming social interaction based on knowledge about them through a feedback mechanism, the acquisition of social experience, the development of the ability to subject-subject and involving many interactions. The introduction of such technologies in the process of preparing future managers will promote the development of confidence in their ability to carry out the actions necessary to change not only themselves but also other subjects of social interaction for the best.
