Pedagogical conditions of future teachers training to use dialogue education in primary schools in the mountain region

Abstract

An important condition for the effective organization of educational process in primary school is the use of dialogue training. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to analyze pedagogical conditions that influence the future teachers readiness to use the dialogue training in mountain region elementary schools. To distinguish them, it is necessary to take into account a number of factors. The main ones are: the scientific and structural content of the specialty «Primary education»; the availability of objective diagnostic methods of students’ readiness to implement the dialogue training in primary school; their motivation to use it; technology of training future specialists to organize dialogue training in higher pedagogical educational institutions. The article states that primary school teachers’ training to organize dialogue education is effective under the following conditions: organization of the educational environment in higher educational institutions with the implementation of the subject-subject interaction of participants in the educational process; the structuring of the educational process of the specialty «Primary education»; using the system of solving vocational and educational tasks when studying psychopedagogical and methodological disciplines, continuous monitoring of students’ progress on criteria bases; professional and reflexive self-identification of the future teacher to use dialogue training in elementary school; regular and systematic activity of students during training. Definition of forms and methods of dialogue training is given. Particular attention is paid to the significance of such pedagogical disciplines as Didactics, Pedagogical Skills, special course «Theory and Technology of Dialogue Education in Elementary School». The article indicates the role of professional- pedagogical training, teaching methods of game, solving of educational and professional tasks with the help of situational modeling, case-study, case-method
