Formation of linguistic and cultural competence as an important component of intercultural communication

Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of linguistic and cultural competence, the implementation of which will contribute to the effective formation of intercultural communication. Its meaning is not only in mastering a foreign language as a means of communication, but also realized in the mastering of special theoretical knowledge.
