FORMATION OF NON-AGGRESSION PRINCIPLE WITHIN NURNBERG PROCESS

Abstract
The legal nature of Security Council sanctions as a kind of States’ international legal responsibility for acts of aggression is researched; its classification is researched. The effectiveness of Security Council’s activities in sphere of fighting with States’ aggression is analysed.
