Formation of preparedness of students for professional-pedagogical activity in primary school

Abstract
The article highlights the readiness of students for vocational and pedagogical activities in elementary school. The comprehensive development of the person as a person and the highest value of society, development of her talents, mental and physical abilities, high moral qualities, education of citizens capable of conscious social choice, self-development and self-improvement are determined. The notion of «readiness» is interpreted as a holistic, integrated quality of the personality that characterizes its emotionalcognitive and volitional selective predictive mobilization at the moment of inclusion in the activity of a certain orientation. Readiness arises from the experience of a person, which is based on the formation of a positive attitude to the activity, awareness of the motives and needs of her, objectification of her subject and ways of interaction with him. Emotional, volitional and intellectual characteristics of the behavior of a person is a concrete expression of readiness at the level of the phenomenon. Readiness has time characteristics, it is long and situational (temporary). Continued readiness, or preparedness, is formed in advance, as a result of specially organized influences. It operates and manifests itself continuously and represents the most important prerequisite for successful activity. Situational or temporal readiness is characterized by instability and exposed to many factors that arise from the peculiarities of each particular situation. The main scientific approaches to the definition of the category of readiness are psychological, where readiness is seen as a personal characteristic that involves the ability to adapt and self-regulate behavior and development; pedagogical where readiness is defined as the general characteristic of development, education and education of the person in the field of education in accordance with the social order; vocational and pedagogical, where readiness is defined as a characteristic of the effectiveness of the process of professional training of specialists from different fields of knowledge. Sufficient development, expressiveness and a holistic combination of all components, will ensure the student's psychological readiness for professional activity. Psychological readiness for activity is an essential prerequisite for any purposeful activity, its regulation, sustainability and efficiency. That is why in the training of specialists of a new age, priority attention is required to the content and teaching methods that shape the worldview, the ability to study independently, to think critically, to demonstrate the ability to self-identification and self-realization of the individual in different types of activities, skills and skills necessary for life and professional choices. In the process of modernization of the education system in Ukraine, in particular its initial level, the content, forms and methods of education and training of children are improved, actual educational technologies are developed and tested
