TRAINING OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS TO WORK WITH GIFTED CHILDREN

Abstract
The article has the organizational-methodological aspects of education of primary school teachers for work with capable children. It is defined the pedagogical conditions of forming the professional competence in a student who will be able to model and make a project of the educational process in their future pedagogical practice, to adopt the effective forms and methods of work with prospectively endowed pupils. This problem is extremely actual in such conditions when in the educational policy of our country the question of schooling of professional employees is put on the foreground, as they have to be able to complement their pedagogical practice on a high level and achieve weighty results in developing of schoolchildren. The aim of the article is to define the content and features of the education of primary school teachers for work with capable children in higher educational establishments of Ukraine. The article includes the structure of the education of primary school teachers for developing of aptitude in children that consists of aim-motivating, cognitive, operative and personality components. Besides, the article emphasizes the optimal choice of forms and methods of educating teachers to develop the aptitude in young schoolchildren in a higher educational establishment and in a process of practical education during pedagogical school practice of future specialists. The author mentions that the explorers examine the problem of aptitude on different levels of methodology of scientific researches: philosophical, general scientific, scientific specifically. Nevertheless, the main aspect is psychological pedagogical aspect of studying the aptitude phenomenon. So, education of primary school teachers for developing the aptitude in children includes learning of professionally important knowledge, competency and skills, gaining experience and personal qualities to provide its effective interaction with capable children.
