Formation of research competences of future specialists in land management

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of research competence proposed de¿ nition of research competence of the future engineer surveyor, analyzes educational quali¿ cation characteristics of a graduate of the Faculty of Land Management of the university, reveals the stages of research for future surveyors in higher education by successive integration of science and educational process. The basic components of research competence, ability to be formed in surveyors students during the learning process are shown. It presentes forms of research work of students: problem lectures; seminars and conferences; perform independent tasks that contain problematic elements of the search; preparing of materials with elements of scienti¿ c research and their presentation; analysis of legal documents in the ¿ eld of land law; Abstract technical and methodological literature; essay writing; scienti¿ c articles; theses; assembling and solving problems on land management topics; development and solving tests.
