Historical and legal aspects of researching the defi nition «national security»

Abstract
This article relates to the research of the national security problems. This implies not only the national interests protection, but also an ability of the power institutes to effective leverage different processes concerned with it: national economy development, assuring social and politic stability. Security issues have traditionally occupied the status of the highest priority in public policy, the concept of economic security becomes very important as an argument of making political desicions. If the main goal of economic policy is satisfying the diverse interests of political subjects in society through the certain changes in the economic ¿ eld, the science of economic security ensures the formation of economic security. Value of providing the economic security system, as a component of integral national security system of the state, has a de¿ nition of national economic interests. In fact, making effective facilities of their realization and defence depends exactly on it, and development of conception and strategy of providing economic security always based on long-term national economic interests.
