FORMATION OF THE LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE OF THE FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE SPHERE OF SOCIONOMICS

Abstract
Providing the Ukrainian language with the status of the state language has led to the solution of the problem regarding professional training of highly educated, highly qualified and highly cultural specialists, who have both a high level of professionalism in their field and skillfully apply it in practice. Taking into account the above, before higher educational institutions there arises the task of training future highly skilled specialists who will have solid knowledge not only in their specialty but who are also fluent in the state language in oral and written forms as well as have a high level of professional fluency. It especially concerns the specialists (lawyers, managers, psychologists, social workers and others) whose professional activities are related to interaction with other people, that is, who belong to the socionomic sphere. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence of the language competence of the future specialists in the sphere of socionomic alongside with the ways of its formation among students within the educational process of higher educational institutions. It is determined that the speech competence as a basis of communication is very important for specialists of the socionomic sphere, since their activity is directly connected with communication. It is revealed that the formation of the speech competences of the students majoring in the sociological profile occurs only when the teacher works involving all the components as a complex: listening, speaking, reading and writing between which there is a close relationship, since competencies in productive forms (speaking, writing) provide for the formation and development of listening and writing. To have a good command of oral and written forms of professional communication, students must have a significant active lexical vocabulary of professional terminology, since the speaker's specificity of the designated style of communication is determined primarily by a significant number of terms actively serving the field of professional activities. It is noted that the formation of the speech competence of the future specialists in the socionomic sphere as one of the necessary components of their communicative competence will be facilitated by the organization of professionally oriented speech activity within the discipline «The Ukrainian language for professional orientation» during which students must master the norms of the modern Ukrainian literary language, acquire the skills of operating the terminology of the future specialty, as well as by the use of various trainings in the process of teaching the disciplines of psychological and pedagogical cycle (communicative, professional-behavioral, reflective, emotional self-regulation trainings, etc.), interactive teaching methods (discussions, analysis of professional and conflict situations, role-play games) during which not only students’ language skills develop, furthermore, their intellectual and creative abilities, organizational, analytical, emotional and volitional skills which are necessary components of the professional competence of future specialists in the socionomic sphere develop.
