FORMATION OF THE MECHANISM OF MATERIAL INCENTIVES FOR WORKERS TO SAFE AND WITHOUTHARMFUL WORK

Abstract
In the article the analysis of a traumatism and occupational morbidity in the whole of Russia and by kind of economic activities "Production and distribution of electricity, gas and water. Special attention was paid to presence at the workplace of hazardous and harmful production factors not satisfying the requirements of normative documents, as well as the low level of competence of employees at all levels in the field of labor protection, hence the underestimation of the production risks, contribute to the occurrence of occupational injuries, diseases, due to the negative impact of harmful production factors, acute or chronic occupational diseases.The paper presents data on losses from lost work time accidents in production, is given empirically according to the number of accidents of the annual costs of measures for the protection of labour, the mathematical model. In order to increase responsibility of employees for compliance with requirements for the protection of labour proposed to amend the labour code of the Russian Federation, and also proposed a reduction in basic insurance premium by 5% for continuous work without accidents and occupational diseases. The proposed mechanism of material incentives of workers to a safe and harmless work.
