Formation of work places in industry in the context of the effect of global social trends

Abstract
The subject of the study is the creation of a job market in Ukraine, in particular, in industry in the context of globalization challenges. The purpose of the study is the scientific basis for the formation of a job market in industry in modern conditions. Research methods. The work uses a set of scientific methods and approaches, including systemic, structural-functional, historical, logical, which allowed to ensure the conceptual unity of research. Results of work. The article substantiates the need for the creation of a job market in industry in the context of globalization challenges. The field of application of results. The system of economic sciences, public administration, a wide range of methodological aspects of social sciences and demography. Conclusions. The place and significance of the social trends of the global level regarding the possibilities of creating jobs in the industrial complex are researched. It is shown that the mechanism of transparency plays an important role in the issues of the influence of global trends on the labor market (as an element of the endogenous environment). A group of trends for the social sphere are researched. The possible channels of influence of these processes on creation of workplaces in the industrial complex are shown.
