FORMING A SYSTEM OF TOOLS FOR STAFF MANAGEMENT DURING THE PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTING CHANGES AT THE CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTION ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Purpose. The article is devoted to the investigation of some problems regarding involving staff of Ukrainian enterprises into the process of implementing major changes into the system of production organization, known as ,,Lean production” and ,,Continuous improvement”. It is advisable to develop a motivational program for implementation at enterprises which leads to optimization of the process of implementing innovations into production systems. Methodology. Systems analysis and synthesis; abstraction; comparison; analogy; studies of foreign analytical materials which describe practices of implementation and functioning of ,,Lean production” at enterprises. Practical value. The article provides a motivational program for involving staff of confectionery production enterprises into the process of implementing the project of ,,Lean production” and continuous improvement; the components of the program which exclude the possibility of staff demotivation during implementing changes are determined. Thanks to applying the motivational program while implementing the project of ,,Lean production” and continuous improvement confectionary enterprises invest into creation of a regional or national culture of production quality and safety, which is an investment into the future ability of a company to accumulate incomes.
