PROBLEMS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY IN PROBLEMS OF RELIABILITY AND EFFICIENCY OF ELECTRICAL SUPPLY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE TRENDS OF THE SMART GRID CONCEPT

Abstract
Purpose. This publication is devoted to the search for interrelations between the indicators of electromagnetic compatibility and the reliability of electricity supply. The purpose of the conducted researches is the formation of scientifically based approaches for the development of general criteria for the efficiency of the power supply systems for the further design and implementation of intelligent systems Smart Grid in conditions of power units of Ukraine.Methodology. In the process of research, methods of probability theory and the laws of distribution of random variables in reliability problems were used. Results. The laws of the distribution of random variables in problems of reliability are analyzed and the components of the probability theory apparatus are used, which are used in specific cases. According to the statistical data of the failure of the equipment of city electric networks in the central part of the city of Dnipro, mathematical dependencies of reliability indicators in the function of voltage quality indicators were calculated and constructed. According to the results of calculations, dependencies of reliability parameters of power transformers and cable lines in the function of the coefficient of curvature of sinusoidality are constructed (THDU). The general results of the successive values of the parameters of the failover flow (failure rate) of transmission lines, as well as transformers 500-35 kV are analyzed. The estimation of voltage quality as the main criterion of power supply efficiency is given. Theoretical bases for the construction of intelligent electric grids are developed with the aim of implementing energy-efficient regimes taking into account the trends of the Smart Grid concept. The reliability indexes of power transformers and overhead transmission lines with voltage 35-500 kV are calculated. When analyzing the reliability of power supply systems and modeling reliability indicators, the normal, exponential laws of distribution of a random variable, as well as the Weibul law, are used. Originality. For the first time, the concept of "reliability index" has been used and justified, the value of which is based on the country's GDP. Comparison of reliability indices of Ukraine and economically developed countries is done. A new tendency for effective grid Smart Grid operating systems based on the reliability of electrical networks is proposed and ground-ed.Practical value. The use of the reliability index as an indicator of the development of the electric power system is pro-posed. The application of the proposed analytical description and the graphical dependencies of the reliability indicators of electric networks in the function of the indicators of the quality of the voltage will ensure an efficient operation of the Smart Grid system.References 10, tables 1, figures 2.
