OPTIMIZATION OF THE PHASIC TRAJECTORIES OF THE GRANULATED TECHNICAL CARBON DRYING PROCESS

Abstract

Purpose. To increase the efficiency of the granulated technical carbon drying process throw estimation of optimal phasic trajectory of product humidity change under passing drying tube. Estimation of optimal phasic trajectory is sup-port implementation of advanced method automatic control of the processing plant. Methodology. In the paper the estimation of experimental data by typical second-order dynamic unit, method of conditional optimization of trajectories at phase space by Euler-Poisson with Lagrange multiplier are used. The sub integral function of integral optimality criterion contains humidity value, humidity derivative, control action. The obtained differential equation describes humidity dependence on fuel consumption. Also this differential equation is used as limitations of optimization results. Results. The search of optimal phasic trajectory equation as general form of time function has been carried out using analytic method. The result can be recalculated on tube length subject to current angular velocity of drying tube. The de-sired dependency of technical carbon humidity at the end of each conventional drying tube section is obtained based on data of natural experiments. This desired dependency takes into account variable travel speed of product and spatial placement of combustion burner. Originality. For the thirst time, the optimal phasic trajectory of product humidity change on length of modernized drying tube BS-40 has been obtained. This allows realize advanced method of automatic control of the processing plant under technical features of Kremenchug Carbon Black Plant. Practical value. The results of the conducted researches make possible calculation of current control action for each combustion burner. During calculation we ground on obtained desired value of humidity. Also obtained results allows to reduce specific fuel consumption per product unit and except overrun of product humidity on 0,2 – 0,9 %. References 11, tables 1, figures 6.
