Forms of adult education in the system of postgraduate education

Abstract
This article describes forms of adult education within postgraduate education. The main problems in adult education, including postgraduate are shown. The necessity of expanding forms of adult education is noted. It is noted that in addition to formal useful to implement the concept of lifelong learning can be informal and informal education. Characteristics of each and institutions listed each of these forms of education. Formal education is performed in educational institutions (postgraduate, doctorate, system institutions and centers of postgraduate education and training) curriculum and programs that meet the educational requirements of the training program and educational quali¿ cation characteristics of specialists. Informal education – an organized, structured and purposeful learning activities undertaken outside the institutions of formal education, designed to meet the most diverse educational needs of various, including age (from early childhood even to old age) groups, which, however, does not legalized diploma. Informal education covers individual cognitive activity that accompanies everyday life, implemented by individuals own activity in the surrounding cultural and educational environment; communication, reading, visiting cultural institutions, travel, media and more. It is indicated that the main task of adult education, despite the form of competition, is to create conditions for education rights for the realization of life goals and aspirations.
