Abstract
The article gives an overview of scientific and methodological achievements and give examples of investigation and experimental work on the formation of a culture of professional communication of future managers-insurers taking into account the praxeological approach. The components of the culture of professional communication of future managers-insurers are defined: motivational-praxeological, cognitive-speech, emotional-regulatory, organizational-praxeological. Methods used: analysis and synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization, observation, conversation, questionnaires, testing, method of expert evaluations, methods of mathematical statistics.
