Abstract
Artemenko A.K. Formation mechanism of motivation and incentives work in the face of declining social protection. The system of motivation describes a set of interrelated activities that encourage individual employee or work group as a whole to achieve individual and common goals of the company. One of the most important forms of motivation in enterprises and organizations have incentives work, which is the process of formation and use of financial incentives of labor and wage distribution in accordance with the law of distribution of the quantity and quality of work. Study of the formation mechanism of motivation and incentives of labor, employment and practical problems of implementation involved and engaged economists Agricultural Economics O.D. Gudzinsky, VS Diesperov, AV Macedonian, M.J. Malik, T.I. Oliynyk, MS Ponomarova, MF Soloviev, AB. Turner. However, in today's conditions, there is a need to increase material incentives and to continually study conditions for reducing labor activity and social protection. This article explores the conditions and features of the formation mechanism of motivation and incentives work in the face of declining social protection. The current state of the level of remuneration and material incentives is determined. The reasons for its low level are substantiated. The stated purpose of the system of material incentives. The estimation and level of economic activity of the population as a guarantee of effective personnel management is given.
