Fractional Order Systems and Their Applications in Science and Industry

Abstract

Operator of fractional derivatives and integrals is a novel concept in derivatives and integrals of arbitrary order which was frequently used as a useful theoretical discipline among some scientists and mathematicians in particular for modeling and simulation of processor-based systems and the description of its properties. Excellent tool for describing the fractional-order system memory and the inherent characteristics of various materials are now, the number of applications is growing rapidly. In this paper, we describe some definitions of fractional derivatives and investigate three types of the deficits of the current system including fractional-order system of linear, non-linear fractional-order systems and fractional-order control system. The analytical application of these systems is also described.
