Abstract
Аннотация: В данной статье автор рассматривает проблемы и перспективы развития и преподавания французского языка как второго иностранного в Республике Казахстан. Рассмотрена необходимость развития полиязычия в Казахстане, как приоритетного направления развития государства в современных условиях. Особое внимание уделено вкладу КазахскогоНационального Педагогического Университета имени Абая в развитие полиязычия в Республике Казахстан на примере активного развития французского языка как второго иностранного. Ключевые слова: полиязычие, компетенция, второй иностранный язык, полиязычная личность, поликультурная личность. Abstract: In this article the author considers problems and prospects of development and teaching French as the second foreignlanguagein the Republic of Kazakhstan. The necessity of development of multilingualism in Kazakhstan, as priority direction of development of the state in modern conditions is condered. The special attention is paid to contribution of the Kazakh Abai National Pedagogical University to development of multilingualism in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the example of active development of French as the second foreignlanguage.
