FUNCTIONING OF THE ELEMENTS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR ENSURING ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY IN THE AGRICULTURAL DOMAIN

Abstract
Introduction. The introduction of intensive methods of agricultural production in the agriculture of Ukraine, focused exclusively on economic development, resulted in the violation of the ecological balance between economic activity and agroecosystems. First of all, such a situation is explained by the lack of an effective organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring environmental safety and sustainable development of agroecosystems, oriented towards an agreed solution of economic and environmental problems in agriculture. Methods. Such research methods as experimental, design and constructive are used in the article to perform the tasks. Results. The theoretical and methodical approach to application of adaptive tools and measures of organizational and economic maintenance of ecological safety in agrarian sector is substantiated. The organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring environmental safety in the agrarian sector, differentiated in accordance with the level of environmental safety of the regions, suggests the selection of the best tools, methods and financial and economic measures, taking into account the existing regional characteristics. Prospects. The system of tools within the specified target vectors and parameters of the agroecosystem can have a synergetic nature of use for the entire organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring environmental safety in the agrosphere. After all, a differentiated approach to the selection of optimal tools, methods and measures of organizational and economic security of environmental safety is based on the methodological principles of risk theory, allows to minimize the costs of preventing, overcoming and eliminating environmental hazards.
