GAMING TECHNOLOGY AS A MEANS OF SIMULATION OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE SPHERE OF SERVICES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the use of gaming technologies in higher education institutions. Generally, game technologies are an effective means of simulation of professional activities of future specialists in the service sector. The expediency of the use of gaming technologies based on: analysis of the concepts of «game» and «gaming technology»; determining the benefits and opportunities of gaming technology. The article focuses on simulation games as one of the means of reproduction of professional activity. Organizational and methodological approaches to the use of simulation games are clarified.
